April 2010
This month we took delivery on our Trumpf Trulaser 1030 Laser Cutter which can accomodate up to 10'x5' sheets and thicknesses up to 1/4" stainless steel & 5/8" mild steel. In addition, we have added a GROB Vertical Bandsaw for decorative tubing work as well as sheetmetal cuting. We look forward to both of these additions helping greatly to expand our capabilities. December 2008
This year we have continued to expand upon our capabilities by purchasing a number of new types of equipment for tube forming. This includes a Fein tubing notcher and deburrer, a Baileigh tube roller, and an RMD tube bender for tight radius bends. These purchases will expand our capabilities with handrailings as well as new and interesting sneezeguard designs. We also are looking at expanding into related industries such as custom automotive and motorcycle fabrication services.

Although the past year was not as busy as previous years, it was still a successful year thanks to the hard work and dedication of all our employees. As such I would like to thank all our employees as well as our suppliers and our customers for another successful year.

As with each year, the shop will be closed for the holidays from December 23rd at noon until January 5th, 2009 at 6:00 a.m.

November 2007
This month we took delivery on our second Strippit punch, our Baileigh bandsaw, and our ESAB Hydrocut waterjet all of which will help to expand our capabilities as well as production of our C&S Solutions cold rails. Click here for equipment photos


August 2007
The month began with our annual company bar-b-que at Felicita Park. As with last year all the families had a great time. Click here for bbq photos.

Also, this month we upgraded our aging air compressor system to accomodate the growing demands of newer equipment and higher usage. Click here for equipment photos

We have continued on with our residential work at a consistent pace as well as experiencing exponential growth in our C&S Solutions cold rail sales as well as increased pharmaceutical/medical equipment sales.


July 2007
This month our company indoor soccer team took first place in the playoffs of The San Marcos Indoor Soccer League, Division II, after many finals as runners up. We also gained promotion to the first division.Click here for a team photo

The month ended with our company trip to the Del Mar Race track. It was once again a fantastic day at the races for everyone.


June 2007
Again the residential kitchen we built for Trey Foshee, head chef @ George's at the Cove was featured in a publication. This time in national publication, Food & Wine magazine.

April 2007
This month we added another piece of equipment to help expand our capabilities. We purchased a 100ton capacity Edwards Ironworker which can punch holes and cut up to 3/4" thick stainless steel bar or 1" thick steel bar as well as cut up to 1" round stainless steel rod.

February 2007
The residential kitchen we built for Trey Foshee, head chef @ George's at the Cove was featured in a San Diego Union-Tribune newspaper article.

January 2007
A project we were involved in was featured in Palm Springs Life magazine this month. We fabricated stainless steel backsplash at the cooking line. We customized the purchased cooking equipment line-up into a unitary fixture as well as customizing the purchased exhaust hood. In addition, we built a custom drink rail and bar equipment at the bar area.

September 2006
Another project we were involved in was featured in San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles. We fabricated stainless steel enclosures, shelves, and countertop for the kitchen as well as stainless steel fence posts for the exterior.

The end of this month we welcomed Chris Fonseca on board as our project coordinator and purchasing agent. Todd Thompson will be assuming field sales, site visit, and bidding duties.

August 2006
This was an extremely busy month for us.

First we had our annual Crown Steel day at the Del Mar Racetrack.

Next we received our new manufacturing equipment including a 12' x 1/4" capacity shear, a 14' x 175ton capacity press brake, and a cad controlled plasma cutter. This new equipment will greatly expand our capabilities.

June 2006
A residential kitchen we were involved with won Best Professional Kitchen in the June edition of San Diego Home/Garden Lifestyles. Although the custom reversed hammered hood we fabricated was not pictured in the article, the hood and it's hammered copper finish were mentioned as key elements of the design. The oval shaped hood is shown under our residential kitchen gallery.

    Our focus on expanding the residential division of our business has made great strides over the first six months of the year with this segment consisting of 20% of our business currently compared to 5% of our business at the same time last year.
